If you purchase an art yarn, an art journal, a notebook or a painting I will be able to ship your package within 3 to 5 working days.
If you purchase an art batt please know that it can take a little bit longer to ship your order, cause I make all my batts by hand the moment that they are ordered. In this case it’ll take me 5 to 10 working days to ship your order.

If you don’t like your purchase I can offer a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please send back the item that you don’t like in the exact same condition as I have sent it to you (unused and unopened). Some items I will seal before shipping. If the seal is broken you cannot return the item. If the product returns to me used or broken, I cannot refund your money. I do not refund any shipping costs, including the original shipping cost of the item.
If your order is faulty, I am happy to send a replacement. Please send back the item in an unused, unopened condition. If the item returnes to me unused and unopened I’ll send you a replacement. In this case I’ll pay for the costs to return the product and for the shipping costs to send you a replacement.
I do not take back custom orders.
If you want to return a product, just send me an email within 14 days after receiving your package. I will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Variation in colour can occur due to photography, time of the day and differences in computer monitors. I do my very best to accurately represent the colours of all of my products, however I cannot guarantee that they will appear the same on your monitor as they do on mine. As such I cannot guarantee that the product you receive will exactly match the colours of the product as viewed on your monitor. If you think you have received the wrong product, please contact me: email@example.com. I will respond to you as quickly as possible.
NB. I make my art batts in sets. When purchasing an art batt, the batt pictured is one of a set and therefore may not be the exact batt you receive. While each batt contains the exact same fibre and colour content, the distribution of those fibres as they pass through the carder is arbitrary. The colours that appear more prominently on the exterior of the batt pictured may be different from the colours that appear more prominently on the exterior of the batt you receive, but the overall fibre and colour content is the same.
